TaskSwitcher is activated by dragging up on the arrow that is next to the SIP icon. From there you can switch to another app or close the current one.TaskSwitcher also works when the Pocket PC is running in "compatibiity mode" (when running non-Pocket PC apps), in which case you drag up on the time display.
