Updates:
*Added option to hide the briefcase while planting/defusing on sab/sd (check the svr.cfg)
*Added CTF gametype (original code from AWE4 by Tally/Wizard220)
*Added option to run CTF on any gametype that supports SAB (it needs sab spawnpoints)
*Added logprints for winners/losers at the end of teambased games
*Added stock ranks: ranks are stored in mpdata file (check the svr_ranks.cfg)
*Added a 2 second delay between each ClientMenu usage (prevent spamming server)
*Added option to change knife damage (check the svr_weapons.cfg)
*Added dual-language: players can choose language from QuickMenu (check the svr.cfg)
*Removed the “voiceover” dvars (players can silence them from the Quickmenu anyways)
*Fixed a stock bug which was not checking the value of scr_enable_scoretext
*set this to “0″ if you do not want that rediculous “score blip” to appear on screen
*The SAB bomb and CTF flags will remain hidden during prematch period
*this will prevent a player from scoring while other players are selecting weapons, etc.
